As evidenced by my list of favorites, I'm not a
big horror movie fan...but there's something about this movie that I love.
Maybe it's that cynical, twisted 70's view thrust
into the future. Maybe it's that slimy alien. Whatever it is, it's not the
hair!
I rented this movie only because I wanted to see
Alien 3 -- I don't know why I wanted
to see Alien 3, At the time, I hadn't seen #1 or #2. But I wanted to see
it...so I rented Alien to give it a look. And it's been one of my favorites
ever since. Of course, everyone knows that Alien
3 was a dud, but at least it got me to see the first one.
